Revolution at Northpoint
"We started to consider a change of system after disappointment with the support we were receiving and in particular, with the inability of our previous supplier to provide functions we need to support some of our key business strategies.
Once we thought about a change we determined that we wanted to move to a true Windows environment to ensure that we were better positioned for the future.
We also wanted to work with a supplier who was prepared & able to meet our specific business requirements - our multiple mine site parts & service locations, each of which had some very specific maintenance and reporting requirements.
After reviewing all the available options we made the decision to work closely with Revolution. We really wanted the best of both worlds. We were not prepared to for-go any existing functionality, wanted a modern flexible Windows solution & wanted all the functions as well.
We worked with Revolution very closely to achieve all these objectives. We committed considerable time & effort to educating our staff & exhaustively testing the Revolution software. Revolution were very, very enthusiastic & willing throughout this process. When we went live it was very much a joint effort & was very successful.
We were one of the first dealerships
to use the Revolution showroom module - DealMaster. It had an immediate,
positive
effect on our sales results & the confidence our customers have in the way
they are serviced.
