DealMaster is a wonderful step forward.
The decision to become Revolution’s first Ford dealership was taken after considerable research. The fact that some key staff had worked with Revolution for several years and were very positive about the product and the support was a great help in deciding to change.
Despite all this, there was still a fair amount of trepidation, particularly given the number of Ford interfaces and the complexity of the Ford new vehicle configuration rules.
I would have to say that I have been very pleasantly surprised by the changeover. It all happened with a minimum of fuss and no downtime at all. All Ford interfaces were available on day one and have worked well ever since.
DealMaster in the showroom is a wonderful step forward. Sales staff are guided through the complexities of the vehicle configuration to produce accurate, professional contracts. Being a Windows product, Revolution is very easy to learn and use effectively. We now look forward to many years of reaping the benefits of the changeover.
